We know that while the state, country, and world is staying at home, the dermata logic needs of our patients are still conoerning and pressing. We are here and ready to help address your dermatology needs using our new TeleDermatology semi@; we believe you will find both convenient and easy to use.
To get started. you silnply need to be registered in our systen. If you are an exIstIng patient to our practice. just call our front office and ask for the Office Manager (Karen Variz) and ask for TeleHealth acces. You v/ill then receive an email with illstructions on how/ to ciown load and log-in to our iPhone or Google Play Store App PocketPatient. (if you ao not receive an email, be sure to check SPAM or JUNK foLders!)
Once. you are able to Log-in to PocketPatient, the attached ilnstruction guide \will *walk you through howto submit your e-Visit request to our Provider. Our Medical Assistants or front office staff v/ill then reach out to you via text on the App or by phone to schedule you with our Provider for a face-to-face video visit.
